Medicare Research, Comparison & Enrollment by Phone

Medicare Handled™ — Without Giving Up Personal Service.

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Tell us your doctors, prescriptions, pharmacy, timing, and priorities. We research the details, compare what's actually available, explain what fits and why, and help you enroll — usually in one or two phone calls, with the same agent staying with you afterward.

What Is Medicare Handled™?

Medicare Handled™ is Lehigh Partners Senior Benefits' phone-based process for researching, comparing, and enrolling in Medicare coverage — and staying available after enrollment. You tell us your doctors, prescriptions, pharmacy, timing, and priorities. We research the applicable options, explain the meaningful differences, and help you enroll. You keep the agent who handled it.

Straightforward situations can often be matched during the first call. We do not force every situation into a one-call result — when the answer isn't simple, we take the time to research it properly. Simple cases stay simple. Complex cases get the research they deserve.

A Personal Medicare Process You Can Handle From Home

  • You want to handle Medicare remotely without needing an office visit.
  • You want your doctors, prescriptions, pharmacy, networks, costs, and timing researched.
  • You want the meaningful differences explained instead of being handed a pile of plans to sort through.
  • You want an agent who knows your case and remains available after enrollment.

You do not have to become a Medicare expert or do all the research yourself. Tell us what matters. We do the comparing. You make the decision.

Not a Call Center

A Real Local Agency. A Fully Remote Process.

Lehigh Partners is a licensed agency based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania — not a call center. If you'd rather sit down in person, you can. Most clients simply prefer not to, and the entire Medicare Handled™ process can normally be completed by phone.

Remote When You Don't

You get an actual agency with a name and an address, and the convenience of getting Medicare handled without leaving home — usually in one or two calls.

The Lowest Premium Is Not Always the Lowest Cost

Medicare decisions are personal. A plan that works well for one person may be a poor fit for someone with different doctors, prescriptions, pharmacies, travel needs, or healthcare use.

Price is what you pay to have coverage. Cost is what you may pay when you actually use it. That is why we look beyond the monthly premium and research the details that can affect your care and your wallet: provider networks, prescription coverage, out-of-pocket exposure, benefit differences, and the way you expect to use healthcare.

Many straightforward cases can be matched during the first phone call. When the answer is not that simple, we take the time to research it in depth instead of forcing a quick recommendation. We do not force every situation into a one-call result.

Fast when it is straightforward. Thorough when it is not. You will know it was handled — and handled right.

We Do the Comparing. You Make the Decision.

We compare plans side by side as part of the research, but we do not believe every client needs a giant comparison matrix. We focus on the differences that matter to your situation, explain the facts clearly, and let you decide without pressure.

Information Overload

A Stack of Plan Choices

  • Hands you a list of plans and benefits
  • Leaves you to interpret networks, drug coverage, and real costs
  • May end once the application is submitted

The Medicare Handled™ Process

The entire process can normally be completed remotely, usually in one or two phone calls. Simple cases stay simple. Complex cases get the research they deserve.

1

Tell Us What Matters

By phone, share your ZIP code, doctors, prescriptions, pharmacy, current coverage, timing, budget, and priorities.

2

We Research It

We research applicable coverage, networks, prescription coverage, costs, and meaningful benefit differences. Straightforward cases may be matched on the first call; complex cases get deeper research.

3

We Make Shopping Easier

We narrow the field and explain the differences that actually matter instead of overwhelming you with every available plan.

4

You Decide. We Help You Enroll.

If you choose to move forward, we help complete the appropriate enrollment steps. The decision is always yours.

5

Your Agent Stays With You

After enrollment, you keep working with the agent who knows your case. If that agent is unavailable, another Lehigh Partners agent can step in to help.

When Medicare is handled, you can say:

  • I did not have to research everything by myself.
  • My doctors, prescriptions, networks, and important costs were checked.
  • I understand why the option I chose fits my situation.
  • I made the decision without pressure.
  • I know the agent I can call afterward.

The Medicare Plan Is Only Part of the Financial Picture

Our job is not to add products you do not need. It is to identify the gaps that matter to you and explain whether they are worth addressing.

Dental, Vision & Hearing

Original Medicare generally does not cover routine dental care, routine eye exams, or hearing aids, and Medigap generally does not add those routine benefits. We can evaluate standalone coverage when those needs matter to you.

Medicare Advantage Extras

Many Medicare Advantage plans include some dental, vision, or hearing benefits. If the included coverage is not enough for your needs, we can discuss additional standalone options.

Hospital Out-of-Pocket Exposure

Some Medicare Advantage plans use inpatient hospital copays. We can discuss hospital indemnity coverage designed to pay fixed cash benefits for covered events, subject to the policy's terms, limitations, and exclusions, to help offset that financial burden.

The goal is not simply a low monthly price. It is coverage you understand, costs you have considered, and fewer preventable surprises.

Lehigh Partners is an independent insurance agency. We compare available options from the carriers we represent and help clients evaluate fit based on their individual needs. After enrollment, you generally keep working with the agent who knows your case rather than being handed off to a separate service queue. If that agent is unavailable, another Lehigh Partners agent can step in to help. In most cases, there is no direct cost to you for Medicare Handled guidance.

From overwhelmed to handled

A client retiring after age 65 needed to coordinate the end of employer coverage with Medicare, confirm that her doctors remained available, and understand how two regular prescriptions would be covered. We organized the timing, compared the available Medicare paths, and helped complete enrollment before her employer coverage ended.

The outcome was not simply a new insurance card. It was the relief of knowing the decision was finished and she had someone to call afterward.

That support can continue when something goes wrong. Many issues take only a simple carrier call, but Lehigh Partners agents can also help work through billing problems, carrier or provider errors, Medicare questions, and other coverage issues when more involvement is needed.

You Get the Facts. You Make the Decision.

  • You do not need to know which Medicare plan you want before calling.
  • You do not need to organize every detail or research every plan yourself first.
  • You do not have to make a decision during the first conversation.

If keeping your current coverage or waiting to make a change is the better course, we will tell you that too.

Medicare Handled is Lehigh Partners Senior Benefits' phone-based process for Medicare research, comparison, enrollment help, and ongoing support. You tell us what matters, we research applicable options and explain the meaningful differences, you make the decision, and we help with the next steps. Straightforward situations are often resolved quickly; complicated ones get additional research rather than a rushed recommendation.
Yes. The entire process can normally be handled remotely without an office visit, usually in one or two calls depending on how much research your situation requires. If you'd rather meet in person, Lehigh Partners is a real local agency in Bethlehem and can do that too.
The Social Security Administration handles the mechanics of enrolling in Original Medicare Part A and Part B. For deciding which coverage actually fits your doctors, prescriptions, and budget — Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D — a licensed independent agent like Lehigh Partners can research and compare options available through the insurance organizations we represent. In most cases, there is no direct cost to the client for our guidance.
Choosing a plan based on the lowest monthly premium alone. A low price doesn't tell you whether your doctors are in-network, whether your prescriptions are covered, or what you'd actually pay out of pocket if you needed care — that's the difference between price and cost. We also see people miss enrollment deadlines or assume a plan will renew the same way every year.
We compare plans side by side as part of our research and can send plan details when useful. We do not believe every client needs a large comparison matrix. We focus on the differences that matter to you, such as doctor networks, prescription coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and meaningful benefit differences, then explain the facts clearly. The final decision is always yours.
Medicare is not one size fits all. Depending on your situation, we may review enrollment timing, doctors and specialists, provider and hospital networks, prescriptions, pharmacy preferences, plan premiums, out-of-pocket costs, travel needs, and additional benefits. The goal is to understand both the price of coverage and the costs you may face when you use it.
Yes. After enrollment, you generally continue working with the agent who helped you. You are not automatically handed off to a separate customer-service queue. If your agent is unavailable, another Lehigh Partners agent can help, and your original agent can pick back up afterward.
We stay involved when you need help. Many issues can be resolved with a simple carrier call, but our agents can also help work through billing problems, carrier or provider errors, Medicare questions, and other coverage issues. When necessary, we are willing to spend the time it takes to help move an issue toward resolution.
In most cases, there is no direct cost to you for Medicare Handled guidance. If you enroll in a plan through Lehigh Partners, the insurance carrier may compensate us as the agent of record. In most cases, you pay the same carrier-set plan premium whether you enroll through an agent or directly with the carrier.
No. You do not need to decide before contacting Lehigh Partners. We start with your timing, healthcare needs, and priorities, explain the practical differences between the Medicare paths available through the organizations we represent, and help you reach a decision at your own pace.
Yes. We can review your current coverage and help you determine whether keeping it or considering an alternative makes sense, subject to the Medicare enrollment rules that apply to your situation.
